Linda is dedicated to each and every client and thoroughly and zealously represents the client’s interests.
Linda has also committed an extensive amount of time volunteering to represent victims of domestic violence. In the Fall of 2022, Linda was honored by the Rachel Coalition with the Award for Making a Difference, recognizing Linda’s commitment to pro bono representation of survivors of domestic violence. Ms. Strauss has received numerous judicial appointments to serve in guardianship matters in Bergen, Essex and Passaic counties, both as the temporary and permanent guardian and attorney for incapacitated individuals. She serves on the Bergen County Early Settlement Panel (ESP) for matrimonial matters. Ms. Strauss was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve on New Jersey District Ethics Committee for District IIB for 2023-2027. Ms. Strauss had had the privilege to serve as a Moot Court Judge at New York Law School and mentors high school debate teams.
Ms. Strauss combines her litigation expertise with her commitment to helping clients reach a comprehensive, fair and cost-effective resolution in all civil litigation. In addition, Ms. Strauss handles non-litigation work, which requires diligence and commitment to ensure the client’s satisfaction with the results. Ms. Strauss has extensive experience handling trial and appellate matters, as well as alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
