Fee Structure
Many firms, particularly large firms, are unwilling to undertake representation except upon a straight “hourly fee” basis. However, Linda Strauss does not assume such an approach. Instead, she has the flexibility to consider and utilizes a number of fee structures, including:
- Hourly rates
- Contingency fee graduated based on the stage of litigation
- Contingency fee graduated based on the results achieved
- Flat fee or reduced hourly fee combined with a normal or reduced contingency fee
Obviously, each case requires individual discussion and agreement between the firm and the client with respect to the fee agreement. Linda works diligently and compassionately with her clients to ensure their satisfaction with the results and the fees.
